We had the pleasure of working with Amanda from Meeting Revolution for our Annual Conference (Commonwealth Prevention Alliance in PA), and she was exceptional from start to finish. Amanda was incredibly efficient, highly organized, and always on task—she met every deadline and kept the entire planning process seamless.
What stood out most to me was something Amanda said early on: her priority was not the time commitment, but ensuring the event was successful and that every conference attendee, the hotel staff, and our consultants were treated exceptionally well. That philosophy truly showed in her work as she managed everything from hotel coordination, AV needs, and speaker logistics, to food and beverage, room assignments, and on-site troubleshooting with remarkable professionalism and care.
As a nonprofit client, it meant a lot to me to work with someone who genuinely prioritized the experience of our attendees and the success of our event above all else.

I was the keynote speaker for a state wide conference organized by Meeting Revolution and it was such a smooth process.
As a speaker, I often deal with different levels of preparation from the host, this event was top tier.
There was clear communication, expectations, logistics for getting in and out of the room, transportation to and from airport, clear goals, tech was a breeze. Microphone levels were perfect, slide deck was loaded and functional.
I was able to walk in the day of and fully execute on the plan we created. These little things make all the difference from a speaker perspective. To focus solely on delivering a good message and not worry about any other details is a dream.
